After my post yesterday about how we got started with Compassion, I was curious and sent a note to them to find out exactly how long we’ve been sponsoring kids through Compassion. Well, this morning I received the following answer…

I am very pleased to let you know that today, December 1, is your 18th anniversary with Compassion! Your sponsorship was started on December 1, 1992.
The start dates for your current 7 sponsor children range from August 2005 with Rebecca from Uganda, to August of 2010 with Ricardo from El Salvador.
