Okay, a few day ago I told you that one of our Compassion sponsored children had moved away from the project (see https://murray.thelahnfamily.com/2012/02/losing-a-child/ for details). We were sad to see Audrey go, especially since we chose her right after my mother, also Audrey, passed away a few years ago.
Well, after talking it over, we decided that we’d “replace” Audrey with no just another child, but TWO 4 year old kids from the same Compassion project in Haiti.
Their names are “Madrine Saint-phard” (F) and “Worlensky Anel” (M). Unfortunately I didn’t save the pigger picture yet to post them here, but here’s a couple of small ones to tide us over until we get the proper information packages.
Madrine
Madrine makes her home with her father and mother. Carrying water and washing clothes are her household duties. He father is sometimes employed as a farmer and her mother is sometimes employed as a farmer. There are 3 children in the family.
As part of Compassion’s ministry, Madrine participates in church activites. She is also in pre-school where her performace is average. Singing and playing with dolls are her favourite activities.
Because of your sponsorship, Madrine has new opportunities to learn and grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Thank you for your concern and prayers.
Worlensky
Worlensky makes his home with his father and his mother. Cleaning is his household duty. His father is seometimes employed as a farmer and his mother is sometimes employed as a seller in the market.
Singing is Worlensky’s favourite activity. In pre-school his performance is average and he also regularily attends church activities.
Your love and support help Worlensky to receive the assistance he needs to develop his potential.
Please pray for him.
